I have never slept through the night, not even as a baby. What I’ve become aware of as an adult it that will fall asleep for about 2 hours initially, wake up, be up for about 30 mins, then go back to sleep for 3-4 hours.
Any idea on what could be causing this and ways to combat it? I started using a CPAP machine about 3 years ago and while this has distractly reduced my sleep walking (a completely different topic!) it has done nothing for the short burst of sleep I seem to start with every night.
